Mary is experienced in a variety of litigation matters at all levels of court in Ontario and other provinces, and has assisted in matters before the Ontario Securities Commission, the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada. She is well versed in rules of procedure and assists counsel with all aspects of the litigation process. She has extensive experience in e-Discovery and managing complex document-intensive files.

Prior to joining Crawley MacKewn Brush, Mary worked at a boutique litigation firm specializing in employment related matters and a firm specializing in Indigenous affairs.
