Jennifer Badley is a senior commercial litigation lawyer with extremely strong and diverse legal and business experience both in private practice and in-house. She is highly adaptable and has worked with a variety of stakeholders in complex business situations, applying her legal and analytical skills to litigating corporate and commercial disputes. Jennifer's practice has focused on a wide range of matters over the years, from securities litigation, class actions, white collar criminal defence, fraud litigation, environmental prosecutions, professional liability, competition investigations and a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. 

Jennifer has appeared before all level of court in Ontario and has extensive experience in case and trial planning and management, including the development and application of trial strategies, witness preparation, e-discovery and documentary review and management.
