Any unused hours in a given month are not lost but rather banked and rolled forward for a period of 90 days for future use. This allows clients to maximize their investment and allows for no allocated hours go to waste. In the event that the retainer hours are exceeded in a given month, any additional hours will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Hourly Rate
We also offer services based on an hourly rate for clients. In this option, clients pay for the actual time spent on their legal matters. Our hourly rate reflects the expertise and experience of our legal team and is competitive within the industry. This allows clients to access our services on an as-needed basis, with billing based on the actual hours worked.
