Rachael Tu graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law where she developed a strong interest in litigation. She developed an interest in corporate/securities matters after working for the Rotman School of Management conducting corporate governance research. In law school, she volunteered for the David Asper Centre of Constitutional Rights as a research working group member and for its Constitutional Advocacy Clinic. She was a research assistant for Professor Simon Stern, focusing on employment class actions in Canada and the US. She also served as a senior editor on the Critical Analysis of Law journal and the Journal of Law and Equality. Rachael summered at the firm in 2022 and has returned as an articling student.
