Rachael is a JD/MA (English) student at the University of Toronto, where she developed a strong interest in litigation. She developed an interest in corporate/securities matters after working for the Rotman School of Management conducting corporate governance research. In law school, she volunteered for the David Asper Centre of Constitutional Rights as a research working group member and for its Constitutional Advocacy Clinic. She was a research assistant for Professor Simon Stern, focusing on employment class actions in Canada and the US. She also served as an associate and senior editor on the Critical Analysis of Law journal and the Journal of Law and Equality.
Prior to law school, Rachael completed her B.A. in English literature, graduating in 2020 with high distinction and being awarded the Joliffe Gold Medal.
