Josh Shneer’s litigation practice includes a broad range of commercial and securities matters, both in the civil and regulatory contexts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Josh was an associate at a leading private client law firm in London, UK where he acted for clients in commercial, trust and civil fraud disputes. Before moving to the UK, Josh worked at a prominent international law firm in Toronto where he practiced civil litigation with a focus on estate, trust and professional liability matters and regularly volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario.
While at law school, Josh competed in several moots including the Wilson Moot for which he was an oralist and a coach. During his final year of law school, Josh attended an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore.
Before attending law school, Josh earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University and worked in federal politics in Ottawa.
