Dana’s litigation practice covers a broad range of commercial and securities matters, including proxy disputes, oppression claims, shareholder and contract disputes, regulatory investigations and proceedings, professional negligence claims, investment loss claims, fraud cases and class actions. Dana has acted for clients in internal investigations and she also has experience in insolvency, intellectual property, employment, technology and estates disputes.
Dana represents individual and corporate clients before courts and regulatory tribunals. She has successfully acted for clients at all levels of court in Ontario. Dana also represents clients in commercial arbitration cases and in proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission, the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, the Mutual Fund Dealers Association and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Dana joined the firm in 2018 after articling and practising as a litigator at a leading global law firm.
