Jonathan Preece practices civil litigation with a focus on corporate, commercial and securities law.  He has experience in a broad range of matters including shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, receiverships, class actions, investment loss claims, and the enforcement of creditors rights and remedies.  Jonathan has represented individual and corporate clients before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional and Commercial List).        

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Jonathan practiced litigation with a firm specializing in commercial real estate and development disputes.  Jonathan also articled and practiced as a litigator at a leading global law firm.
